Driver’s side is definitely clear. This passenger’s side has been like this since I noticed it. Thanks for the clarification. I’ve have it 15mths and 16k miles so probably will make an appt with the dealer to have it checked I guess. Just a little hesitant having the chance they tear into it. Much rather I do it if I upgrade lights and grille. LolWhat does the other fog light look like? Is it clear? Or is it showing the same amount of condensation?

LED lights of any kind can produce quite a bit of heat. Notice on the housing, there's a vent on the top. That's to let heat out and equalize pressure as the assembly heats up and cools down.
Condensation can accumulate in the housing, which normally gasses-off. In the photo you showed though, I wouldn't expect to see that much? Seems like quite a bit.
I'm new to the 4G. I have a few vehicles with several types of LED assemblies. At worst, any of them accumulate a small amount of fog or haze, which often cooks-off by itself over time or when the light is used.
If you're within the factory warranty period, you can have that looked at, try to make a claim if determined to be leaking. If out of warranty, eBay has tons of junk yard replacements. Or you could buy aftermarket.
In the installation guides and videos I found on-line, each referenced removing the front grill assembly so you can access the fog lights and the fasteners holding them in-place.
One unique tool you might want to get beforehand: a fastener separator, a claw-type tool good for removing plastic push-in panel fasteners. They're a simple hand tool, available at most parts stores. Otherwise, it's standard mechanics tools.
