I got mine for a STEAL! $200 total from a local guy who took them off for a custom build that is being raffled off. I got it off this build..

here is the install guide for the rails. It says to not torque

You should DEFINITLY torque the bolts.

Step 3 on page 4:
Torque All Bolts to 40Nm (29.5 ft-lbs)
Sequence 1 - 5, Bottom, then Top (each bracket)
