Hey,

Just wanted to stop back in here and provide a quick review.

Originally, I was really doubting that this tune would be worth the price tag but I'm happy to report that, for me, it is. I was pretty underwhelmed with the powertrain originally but this has really woken it up and frankly made it the way I think it should have came from the factory and fun to drive.

#1: Low end torque is much improved. I'm talking about the area which the dyno does not do well with measuring. I live in a hilly area and in OEM form there were times where the manual felt way underpowered to even shift going uphill. Not any more. Also, I do take off in 2nd most of the time now. Sometimes even going 2nd-4th-6th. It shows you've done real world tuning/testing.

#2 Shifting and throttle response is much better. I was confused with the "Rev-Hang" terminology cause I couldn't feel that being the problem with the shifting but what I could feel was that sometimes after shifting it would just fall on it's face. Once again, not any more.

Also side note that all these gains were from the 93 tune but I did add a Banks intake after as well and now it's really fun driving it and hearing the stu-stu-stu turbo noises. Haha.

Thanks guys.

Would you mind sharing what throttle option you choose. Stock, base, enhanced? I also have a M/T, but don't want the throttle to be overly sensitive. If that makes sense.

Also looking forward to the lower end torque in 2nd gear. I like to start in 2nd gear at low speeds when driving in traffic and after going over a speed bump, but it's usually not possible unless I'm going 8mph or faster.

I honestly think if the T24A-FTS was a 2.7L it would be a much better engine. Just a little bit more displacement would help the out of boost experience a lot. The auto refuses to shift into 1st unless barely crawling and will set off in 2nd a lot relying heavily on the torque converter as you would with the clutch in a manual.
