Would I be able to run just the downpipe with no other supporting mods @JustDSM?

I only have the SXTH Element intake and OTT Tune.

Possibly just an updated tune to eliminate the CEL?
The downpipe can be run as a standalone part. The catalyst is specifically designed for use on late-model OBD2 vehicles—no need to worry about CELs with the catalyst in use.

What size is that turbo flange?
It's a custom-sized V-band that's approximately 5.25"

Turbo outlet flange blue highlighted part that I marked blue is 5.25” how about the exhaust flange size?

Have you tuned anyone on the 4th gen platform that had the hybrid and put on the sxth CAI? Did it need the maf updated to run correctly ??

Done a great number of them! Their MAF cal is very close to stock.

Pro or Trail Hunter Hybrids will need a custom scaled MAF Calibration if using the SXTH intake.

Are there any intakes you wouldn't recommend without a tune? Would the k&n, stillen, or banks cai work fine with stock tune on a trd sport?
The Stillen, like the TRD Pro/Trail Hunter intakes requires a tune to run properly on any "small MAF" truck in our opinion. The MAF housing is too large and can trip a CEL due to the fuel trim deviation caused by the purposefully enlarged MAF housing ID.

I just got the Stage 1 tune in my 6MT over the weekend. Alex Link was great to work with. The higher rev limiter has caught me by surprise because I haven't tripped it yet, and don't really want to try to just for the sake of finding it. The extra breathing room at the top of 1st gear is nice, but I had some initial nervousness that maybe there wasn't a limiter anymore protecting against over revving. I'm not looking to ask what the secrets of the tune are for the 6MT, but I would like to know in general terms what all the Stage 1 tune does. I just don't want to be surprised by new findings that I happen to discover.
