Hello guys, anybody muster the courage to take the seat apart?

My passanger fan element on the backrest is making noises and need to get it.. also to fix the clunk that both seats have...
As I said earlier, my passenger seat has a slight squeak that I isolated to the right strut/shock. Waiting another 2,500mi for first service to have them check it out. The seat back of the passenger seat also doesn't seem to blow as forcefully as the driver's. Will have them check that too. Maybe the fan duct is slightly loose causing an air leak and rubbing up against the strut causing the squeak.

Does this sound like anyone else’s issue? My drivers side does it more pronounced than passenger side. Both are aired to my weight specifications. Not sure what it is. Sounds like metal/plastic hitting each other.

Hi folks. I hope I am not kicking a dead horse, but my issue appears very similar to the 'clunk' many experience.

First, ours is a '26 Limited, not TRD Pro. I don't know if the seats are the same or not. However, I find nothing in my owners manual reference ISO Dynamic yada yada yada. Our seats may be different, the clunk the same.

We have had service techs from our dealer drive it, but they claim to not notice it. I'm sorry, when a bass drum kick pedal hits the back of your seat numerous times each mile, it is noticeable. I wave the BS flag at them.

Mrs. Lover is ready to return HER truck. It is very aggravating. We have another appointment Wednesday, supposedly with an outside service rep. I will keep you posted. @Tom Sellick
