I read the manual too. My issue was it repeated the same information over, and over, in different chapters.

Yes it’s the EVAP system checking for leaks. Completely normal. I freaked out one night when I went to throw the trash and heard it. Had to Google it too.

I have my grille lights tied to the same fuse so every time the EVAP check kicks on….so do my grill lights.

I have those grill lights as well. The first time they came on when I was in the garage I thought my truck was going full. Christine on me and was haunted. Now I am used to it.

Funny cuz my neighbor just called me yesterday and thought my truck was left on running in the middle of the night.
