Speedometer calibration after tire and wheel size change?

285/70r17’s (32.8) make my speedometer almost perfect.

I’m considering jumping up to 285/75’s when these wear out… can you fit your 285/75 spare in the factory location?

no 285/75s won’t fit in the spare tire location unfortunately.

I recently put 285/75R17s on my Tacoma and noticed the speedometer was off more than I expected. When it showed 65 mph, GPS said 68

I decided to try the Hypertech calibrator and made a video showing the install and whether its actually worth doing.

Anyone else recalibrate after going to bigger tires, or do you just live with it?

Saw your video today and bought the hyper tech. I’m way off about 12%.
