SR fog light wiring harness - is it installed from factory?

Hey everyone… first time poster and new Tacoma Owner(2024 SR).

I’ve looked and seen a few but nothing definitive.
Does the SR come with factory fog lit wiring harness installed?
Looking to get either OEM fog lights, Baja fog lights or an upgraded bumper with fog lights . I just don’t know if there wrong is there to plug and play or I need to get the wiring harness.
And then, if it does or does not, does it auto work with the fog light on/off on the column ?
The SR does have the icon of jog light to turn on/off.

The fog light switch is actually on the turn signal stalk..and you can rotate it?
