Just got the part!It will not affect the fitment of the intake at all.
Mine is arriving tomorrow. Can't wait. Will it work in conjunction with the Banks Boost Tubes?

We received ours yesterday and found that a couple of the measurements don’t quite match the specifications in the design. I’ve sent this info to VFTuner.
It might be a good idea to contact VFTuner about your elbow as well.

We’ve become aware of another offering that will be hitting the market soon, and thought it would be worthwhile to share the discovery with you all here. The manufacturer is AMS Performance—likely a familiar name to some of you.
For those who don’t know, AMS has been around for quite a while producing top-notch performance parts across a wide range of platforms. Personally, I (JustDSM) ran their turbo kit and several other components on my EVO 8/9 back in the mid-to-late 2000’s, so I can vouch for the quality and engineering they’ve consistently delivered over the years.
Once the official details are announced, we’ll update this thread so everyone can check out what they’ve got planned.

I wonder why Toyota restricted the flow there. Fuel economy? Material cost? Either way, I can’t wait to see these new elbows on the market.
Will the Banks or AFE boost tubes work in conjunction with either aftermarket throttle body elbow?

The charge tubes on the market will have no issues with these throttle body elbows. They're designed to be a direct OE replacement while eliminating the bottle neck present in the OE part.
*Note* The first run of VFTuner elblow's were not machined properly. I reccomend you reach out to VFTuner regarding your elbow if purchased. I understand they are having them remade.
I believe this piece is a different part than what is discussed here. The part you're linking appears to be for the elbow that comes off the compressor inlet, and interfaces with the intake system. Different part, but an interesting find! Thanks for sharing.
The elbow being discussed here is just before the throttle body on the driver's side of the engine.
