They're just quoting the color combos in standard 24-bit RGB.

But, to answer your question, most sources will say around 10 million for normal human vision, and that is not a perfect subset of the 16.7 million possible colors we electronically produce (i.e. we see greens that aren't producible by most LEDs/LCDs).

I got mine a few days ago. No instructions.
It is plug and play, the power for the door will be simple enough, but the power for the dash lights and module is what is holding me back from installing. It came with a 2 pin male/female harness to power the dash module, but I have no idea where it ties into.
Any help would be appreciated.
I am thinking maybe the dash light dimmer button on aux switch panel?
