Toyota app keeps signing me off my account

I keep having the issue where at the very least once a day I have to login into my Toyota app, has anybody else experienced this before? The app and the phone is updated to the latest version.

Yep. The app has much to be desired as far as user experience and reliability factors

Yes it's so annoying. I set up a shortcut for remote start on my iPhone, so on my lock screen I can just tap the icon to remote start the truck, but every few days it logs me off!!

Same here. Also set up shortcuts for Lock/Unlock but every few days I hit it and it doesn't work because I got logged out of the app. Haven't figured out a way around it yet and it seems random, sometimes login holds for a few days, sometimes only a day. Very frustrating.
I'm only using it anyway since I'm still on the free trial and won't be paying once it expires.

Yeah the app sucks. That’s what happens when a company like Toyota pretends that they know software.
