Alright I wanted to ask:
I just realized that the TRD PRO Dash vents and AC control trim is a flat black

any possible way to get the part numbers for these?

Is the AC control trim by the radio screen a separate piece or would have to buy
Joseph, did you ever find the part numbers for the driver and passenger side black AC vents trims? Also, if you did, did you have to buy the whole vent assembly for each or were you able to find just the black colored trim cover part? Edit: Or did you just give up on it lol

I have AJT stick on covers on mine right now and they look good, but I notice they mess with the flow coming out of my vents so I was thinking to just replace them.

I was researching and found that 55650-AK010 looks to be the AC vent (whole assembly, though) for the driver side as the description specifically says with TRD Pro package. Passenger side I am having trouble confirming.

Center trim piece under screen around the climate control buttons is 55475-AK020 confirmed by someone on Facebook who installed it.

Please let me know when you get a chance.

Your 2 part numbers are correct for the driver and middle pieces. The passenger side piece is 55670-AK010 and yes unfortunately the trim does only come with the whole register for both the driver and passenger sides. They aren't too expensive though. I think you can get them online for about $130 each.

Jaytech thank you for the information and for confirming all the part numbers. I figured I would have to purchase the whole assembly for each but was hoping to get lucky with individual trim piece part numbers! The prices are not too bad though, like you said.

Nice headlights on your truck btw

I am 2 out of 3 for parts today. Thank you @JayTech for confirming part numbers for the AC vent assemblies with black trim. I had stick on covers on my original vents that blacked them out, but I noticed the airflow was a bit different afterwards so I decided to just get the actual vent assemblies and install them instead.

Install was easy on the driver side. You just need a trim prying tool and need to pop out the small carbon fiber looking trim piece above the aux buttons and below the vent. I popped off the side trim where the secret compartment is too. I then popped the vent out from the top down with the tool inserted behind the colored trim. New assembly snaps right back into place. I popped it in from the top to bottom as it was easiest that way.

Same thing on the passenger side, pop the trim off around the vent, but you will also need to pop off and bend the middle trim piece that says "TOYOTA" pretty far down towards the glove box to get the original assembly out. Don't worry, just bend it slowly and work the original vent out as best you can. It will come eventually. Carefully work the new one in the same way. I popped this one in from bottom to top.

Interestingly, I also ordered the armrest cover for the center console because I wanted the leather and also to test out which color is which of the various parts. I ordered part 58905-AK020-C2 because a few websites said it is "red" but what i got was a dark gray cover with bronze stiching. Quite nice, but i was actually looking for black leather with red stitching. I'm willing to bet it's the -C0 option that I am looking for but have not confirmed and probably won't in the future.

Anyway, I went to try install it on my TRD Sport gas model non premium, and turns out it doesnt fit. The original cover is the same material as the dashboard, that textured black plastic leather-like material that scratches incredibly easy. It's easy to remove, just open up the center console cover, remove the six Phillips head screws holding the cap to the hinge and button plastic piece, and pop it off.

I learned that the covers have these lips that are meant to receive clips that are on the plastic piece with the hinge and button you press to open the center console. On the leather one (I assume since it is from a premium trim), the lips are in different spots, maybe like 0.25 to 0.5 inches offset from the normal dashboard textured cap. I didnt find this out until about a half hour messing with it. Yet another part that can't be easily swapped onto lower trims!

Anyways, just FYI that you probably also need to buy the button and hinge plastic assembly piece from a trim that has the leather interior for the leather cap to fit if you want to go that route. To get that whole armrest lid assembly out, it looks like you gotta take off the center console.

I thought it would be made nicer, too, but toyota literally just stapled the leather to the plastic cover piece. Looks pretty whack but I guess you can't see it if it is installed. I will probably just cover my original armrest cover when I get katzskins since I want to do that eventually. Also to note that the leather is pleather. Says so on the back of the cover that the "skin" is just PVC.

2 questions. Will I have any issues ordering the entire door panels from toyota online? I wouldn't think so, right?

And 2, I know you work for toyota but when i google these part numbers i end up coming up with a trd pro red and a trd pro sensul (how its spelled) red. I am specifically looking for the black leather top pad with red stitching the inner panel leather piece to be completely red. That's these 2 part numbers? Is there a difference in the sensul red and trd pro red? Maybe google is on crack? I just want to verify before I put in the order. I have included a pic of the door I am specifically looking for. It comes with everything I need I assume, just a direct swap? If anyone else can answer this too, feel free. Thanks!

TRD Pro Sensual Red glovebox came in today, part number 55320-AK020-D0. Thank you @JayTech for the part numbers.

Wanted to compare it to sample leather swatches from Katzkins before I bought seat covers to match and eventually the doors with red leather inserts.

I searched Google for awhile some time ago and kept getting results that said "Salsa" was the closest to the TRD Pro cockpit red interior. I actually haven't seen a cockpit red interior except through the windows of a TRD Pro at a dealership once, so do your own research as needed. But, it looks like the seats match the glovebox and door inserts when I see pictures and video tours of the interior. It also makes me realize a lot of pictures and videos are heavily edited. The Toyota red leather is quite pleasant to look at in person. It's a soft but deep red and not bright and aggressive like I feel I was led to believe. To my own eyes in person, the Katzkins normal "Red" matches the glovebox the closest and not "Salsa". I also had "Cardinal" on hand for comparison.

"Salsa" has too much orange in it and is the bright and aggressive red I was thinking of. Looks very much like a red bell pepper. "Cardinal" is too dark and seems to have some brown in it. Looks more like clay bricks.

Took some pics for reference in case anyone was wondering like I was and couldn't find anything definitive online. You can kind of see how the "Red" swatch edge seems to disappear in the image against the sensual red glovebox leather since it is the closest matched color. The "Salsa" and the "Cardinal" stand out against the glovebox leather. Images were taken with a Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra.

In that comment I listed both the red insert and black versions of the door panels. But I can post them again here with just the black ones:
Driver door panel: 67620-AK061-C4
Passenger door panel: 67610-AK061-C4
C4 is black with red stitching and C5 is the sensual red

Installed sensual red leather glovebox. Makes the front end pop in the interior!

First remove the trim on the port and starboard side of the glove box. You do not need to remove the TOYOTA trim. The glovebox has three 8 mm/phillips screws along the top edge and two 8 mm bolts on the port and starboard side of the box holding it to the top part of the dashboard. These were all barely hand tight, but torque specs for two side bolts is 66 inch-lbs. The screws you just get snug. You can see all of these by opening the glovebox and looking forward at the opening. There are clips holding the top edge to the dashboard. Once the screws are removed, a plastic trim tool can be used to pop the top edge of the glovebox off very easily. There are three clips that are holding the bottom of the glovebox to the kick panel/airbag panels below the glovebox. These clips are difficult to remove without a little more work.

There are three more 10 mm bolts you can remove from the port and starboard side of the bottom side/kick panel side of the glovebox that will allow your glovebox assembly, airbag panel, and kick panel to come off the front of the truck all at once. This will make getting the three clips under the glovebox easier. These bolts are 7 ft lbs torque spec. The clips require you to press in the center tab in while pulling the glovebox out at the same time to remove. Careful not to stretch the wire harness too hard that is coming from the passenger side.

Here are some pictures I took during install of the screws and of the clips under the glovebox.

Just make sure when reinstalling the entire bottom end/kick and airbag panel that you insert the kick panel trim tabs back into their locating holes all the way forward in the passenger footwell. The metal brackets that come with the panels have locating holes and hooks to help locate them. It is easier once all the locating is done to also clip in the top of the glovebox assembly while you screw everything back in. It may also be easier to open the glovebox to use the door to flex it around while finding the holes for the screws.

Nothing in the glovebox assembly/kick panel install is forced. Everything goes back together quite easily.

The only thing that requires force is the lock cylinder. Once you have the glovebox assembly removed, you will have to transfer the lock cylinder. If you open the door latch and look behind the latch at the lock cylinder, you will see a brass retaining tab. You must push this tab in and pop the cylinder out of the front of the lever at the same time. I used a straight plastic trim tool to push the brass tab in wedged behind the lever and then used a 90 degree pick wedged inside one side of the keyway of the cylinder to pop the lock cylinder out. To insert it into the new glovebox, insert it the same orientation you removed it from the old glovebox. Use your mechanical key and push it in the keyway and lock/unlock while pushing forward and you will hear the cylinder clip into place.

The whole removal and installation was a couple hours, but i spent a good 45 minutes to an hour trying to figure out how to pop the old lock cylinder out. So, if you get that done quickly it should all take about an hour or so.
