I've heard a horse is a really good "investment". My experience has suggested it is a bit more of a liability than an investment, but they can carry a fair amount and pretty much eliminate the need for rock sliders. Look a bit strange tied to the light pole at the grocery store though. Levity aside, thanks for the pictures!
