That's why I do all the shopping/ negotiating via text or email. I don't have to hear any bs or whatever my time. If they won't budge i move on. I only go in the dealer once I have a purchase agreement sebt to me to electronically sign.YES. What is with the dealers and the 5 managers behind glass….. This is not helping them sell vehicles. I found that the staff where I bought mine was not very friendly and just a mill…. Salesman was friendly enough. Pushing units. Showed up to pay and none of the paperwork was ready. I bought none of their extra nonsense. They seemed like I should buy it because they say so. My response was, are you selling a poor quality vehicle…. Probably never return. I see this at all the dealers I visited when shopping. This might work with some people but you need to walk.
