Does anyone have a recommendation for good footwell lighting? Pictures if you have them are helpful.

I used the second set of the meso courtesy lights for a replacement for the stock footwells. Just pulled the plastic panels out cut some rectangular holes and the lights just snap right in. just unplug the stock lights and plug the meso lights right in

I don’t think I have stock lighting in the footwell. I’ll double check but this is a great idea.

Just to confirm, this meso custom is supposedly for the door courtesy lights but is also compatible with the footwell light? Are the courtesy light and footwell light connectors the same?

Reason I'm asking is because I have the poor man's trim with no door courtesy light, so my plan is to relocate the footwell light wiringto the door and put the operationmodout courtesy lights.

Well the meso lights are really not compatibl, you have to make them work and it’s very easy. Just cut your hole wherever you want and plug them in.. just be aware that the light wires are only so long so that will limit you to where you put the hole

Got it, but for the connector to connect the light itself, the footwell and door courtesy lights have the same one?
