It's installed inside some stake holes under your existing bed rail caps - so it doesn't depend on what type of cover you have. Installed mine last night, and it completely eliminated the gap.

I looked up 3d printing on marketplace, and less than 4 hours later, I had 3d printed pieces in my hands for $10 total. Super easy to find someone with a printer who wants to make a quick buck.

I just grabbed the front end and lifted the bare minimum amount needed to squeeze them in. Smacked them back down and all was good.
