Automatic transmission shifter. I personally like a pistol grip rather that the button on the left where you use your thumb. There’s after market, most people like it but the big drawback people have is that since it’s metal it gets really hot in the summer.

One thing I'd love to see is an adjustable bracket for mounting jackboards to a roof rack.

There doesn't seem to be any sort of standard regarding the distance between crossbars on a roof rack, or the size and mounting hole locations of jackboards. Would love a bracket that can move forward or backward on the crossbar to accomodate jackboards without having to drill additional holes in the boards.
I’ll pass this along to our team as well. Really like the direction here.

Personally I'd like to see interior accents, but not all the stickers and junk on the market. One thing that sort of bugs me about these trucks is every interior is the same. They're all black with just some little colored trim bits. All seat options were also black, with the exception of the TRD red.

Currently, there are of course seat covers on the market. There are also some console covers. But what I would like to see are color matched trim kits. For example, if I wanted to replicate a 1794 edition interior into a Tacoma. Saddle tan seat covers with MATCHING arm rest, and matching soft touch panels for the doors. Could actually make them bolt on by sending drill templates. Matching soft touch panels for the dash. Could even do the steering wheel.
That lines up really well with another suggestion earlier about adding a soft-touch upper door pad. Seems like there’s a clear trend here that people are looking for more cohesive, upgraded interior materials and color option.

Is anyone making an interior molle panel to mount on headliners? My truck doesn’t have rear seat headliner grab handles (they are on B pillars) where either metal molle or fabric mesh “attics” are typically installed.

The mounting would ideally be done with clips installed onto the door frame under the door seals.
There is a net option from Raingler and a molle panel option from RCI if you dont have a moonroof.
Definitely would like more options in that space though. interior storage areas are severely lacking.

I think the RCI panel has an interesting mounting strategy. I definitely trust things that bolt on more than just something that gets tucked in somewhere, especially if they are going to be over someones head potentially. If it weren't for my moon roof I would definitely try the RCI Panel so something like that but with more options to fit different cab configurations would be nice.

100% hands down, the most urgently needed item is an extended gas tank. The tiny gas tank that it comes with, combined with bad gas mileage, makes it really annoying on long trips! I use a lot of your products on My Bronco and I know this is a little different than the norm, but search this community and you'll see that it is one of the biggest complaints and nobody has come out with a solution.

Thank you for these references and links. Really appreciate the info. The way both of these options (attic, molle) install makes them hard to remove when my bro and sis-in-law want to ride with us. Luckily we are small people since the back seat legroom is squeezed worse with the backseat storage panels I put in.
I’ll figure out something or make it if I’m that gung ho.

I second the gas tank idea. Most have given up on the idea because it's an enormous design and production undertaking, but Mabett would be the go to brand if it was made (especially with a light duty skid plate). My trailhunter gets 15-18mpg most days (even though I drive it nice) and with a 18gallon tank Im always at the gas station.. maybe some day Toyota will get me the gas mileage they claimed 😅😥

There's a lot of bad switches in the accessory switch market. I imported my custom aux switches from Australia just to have something that wasn't blue or red led. They still look off. And they feel mushy too.. maybe there's a market for replaceable switch caps for the aux switches? Instead of using a full aftermarket switch just replace the cap with the logo you want from a collection of 15+ options

Another idea, but I'm not sure of the market, is an aftermarket grille. I don't know how popular it would be, it's just something I really want. Most guys want the Pro/Trailhunter grille and light bar for that extra agressive look. I want the opposite.

See Toyota, like most manufacturers like their branding. Every front end has to have a logo or say Toyota on it. They are also obsessed with having bars on their grilles. Here are the ones they have for the 4th gen:

I would like something different. I want a grille that is brand free and just that honey comb shape that makes up the bottom half of the last two grilles. Oem quality and style without logos/lettering but no bar through the middle to block air flow, and disrupt the design. Similar to what this 3rd Gen has but without the logo:
