Could be defective. I've seen at least one instance on FB where someone had the Alpharex installed that went bad.

Personal opinion (granted that I'm biased since I have it) but the grille I wouldn't buy anything other than OEM. The letters in the aftermarket grilles just look wonky and cheap since they're not proportioned right. Plus a lot of them (if not all) have the raptor lights, which looks stupid imo...

You ever look at the door card? Pretty sure it states 30-32 PSI IIRC. Doesn't account for any extra weight though.

I also checked mine last night. I have the 8" screen and no Connected Services as well and do not have the GPS time sync option. I would put money on that it's the Connected Services and the truck not having access to GPS.

The amount of questions I've seen on Facebook groups that are prevalent and readily available in the forums would seem to highly agree with this statement.
