  1. Trailhunter lift options

My truck sits way lower which had me in a panic .. then realized you’re lifted lol Think I am 23 or 23.25 in front and 23.5 in back. Hard to measure correctly with the angles of the tires etc Mind if I asked what you spent on the lift / springs? Did it impact your factory shocks? Did you do...
  2. Trailhunter lift options

I need to take a measurement for another member anyway so let me try your method and see what I get
  3. Trailhunter lift options

Is the measuring tape at the bottom of the rim? I did mine from the ground.
  4. Trailhunter lift options

Yeah. And my gas tank is on the passenger side, so when I fill up I think it’s less than half an inch. Right now I’m near empty.
  5. Trailhunter lift options

My passenger side front is a full half inch taller. Not a huge deal but don’t know what’s “normal” nor do I know what most TH trucks measure to the fender from the floor, so hard to know if it’s a short on the driver or high on the passenger or in between. Not enough to worry about, and can be...
  6. 275/70/18 KO3 tires on a Trailhunter - initial review

Ah yes, positive offset. But how would that make larger tires easier to fit? You’d probably bump the UCA. The real issue will be the rear of the tire making contact with the crash plate and the mud flap. That said the wheels all come with slight caster position deltas and you may be able to...
  7. 275/70/18 KO3 tires on a Trailhunter - initial review

I don’t think I would want any more poke. The only thing you can do is take off the crash plate, then you can go to 35 no issues. I used to be a 35-or-die guy but honestly 33.2-33.5 is really plenty and is a nice compromise. They don’t look small and ground clearance is solid. Just my 2 cents.
  8. 275/70/18 KO3 tires on a Trailhunter - initial review

The longer I’ve had the 275s (Falkens) the more I think they are the optimal size for the TH. I like that the Falkens are a hair larger than the KO3s and thus further push the size to the limit without going over the edge. That said each tire I think has pros and cons.

For the overlander - can you switch the Molle panel to the passenger side? Looks very cool just a fair but pricey
  10. Diamondback SE Tonneau install

And over the bed cap? That’s nice. How much weight can it take safely. And do you have different designs? I’m just looking for something to attach traxis boards and Jerry cans to

I can measure all 3 panels for you - lengths I’m assuming not width? And how will the chase rack fit with the DB?

I’ll be hunting that weekend. But let me know if you guys ever want to do big bend state park. Heard it’s pretty intense. And I’ll throw out some Austin dates as well. I go regularly and will ping you both.
  16. Falken Wildpeak AT4W Review - LT275/70/18

Watch some videos by outdoor auto on you tube. Read up on all terrains, mud terrains, and rugged terrains. It goes deep. Check this out in particular.
  17. Falken Wildpeak AT4W Review - LT275/70/18

Just as good as my prior AT3Ws. I’d say 7-8 out of 10.
  18. Falken Wildpeak AT4W Review - LT275/70/18

To get an SL, I’d need to drop down to a 32.6” tire. Doesn’t sound like much but that was the size of my stock tires and with an 18” rim that left me so little sidewall for off-road applications. The 33.43” is really nice and just right visually and practically. I also wanted something...
