yeah - I completely agree. When my service writer told me that I needed to drive it more I told her that I could drive a couple of hundred miles and the charge would still be only 12.1 volts. Her reply was that I should get a trickle charger. Total BS and lack of support for a new truck IMO. This is the first vehicle I have ever owned that was not able to keep its 12 volt fully charged, and that is definitely not an advancement.It's hard to believe that the dealers are telling people that it's normal and acceptable for your battery to go dead if you don't drive it for a week or two. That's crazy. My old 1972 Ford pickup would start after not using it for a month. How is this an advancement?
