2.4L Hybrid/Turbo reliability concerns

Curious if the axels/rear-end can support that much TQ at that low RPM....seems Toyota has increased the rear diff for this specially.

They did with the Tundra. I can’t imagine they didn’t with the Tacoma.

I totally would've bought an EV taco FWIW....ca$h in on that sweet sweet $6k federal tax credit. I'd be happy with the hybrid id they somehow manage to get decently better MPG's but like all have said, I highly doubt it.
