You mean the front? I took that thing off and just put the self tappers back in. What's the issue?

Mine had 2 holes in front with 2 lag screws put on by the dealer I guess so they could display their dealer plates. Seems a crude way of mounting. I put my own plates on with the plastic frame and the holes strip out very easy in plastic bumper cover or whatever you call where you mount the plate.

Just use a slightly larger screw or a different thread pattern if they're stripped. I used some of the hardware from my ark flaps as my rear plate mounting holes we stripped out from the dealer
