4Runner TRD Pro Headlight Swap with Pics on Off Road Taco

Finally did the dang thing and swapped my TRD OR lights with the TRD Pro headlights from a 4Runner. Loving the amber DRL. Install was super simple, everything is plug and play (no extra harness is required.) And if you’ve taken your bumper off before, it’s faster the second time. Took about 40 minutes.

Very nice. Whats the price range for a set of trd pro headlights? I want to upgrade mine in the future as well and wonder what the light output difference is between the trd pro and alpharex sets.

The black Friday deal was pretty good. I wanna say each light was in the ballpark of $975. I paid just under $1400 for both because of the BF deal and free shipping. Not cheap and the alpharex lights look sharp but I feel better with the OEM part.

Awesome set up man! Great wheel/tire combo too. I'm curious, what ditch lights are you running? Did you buy them as a combo with the bracket or each separately? Looking at adding some in the future.

OP can confirm but I believe the ditch lights are Diode Dynamics. Im looking to get the same ones myself…..

That makes sense, they do look like the Diode Dynamics ones. I know it's a little bit less light output, but I prefer the look of these smaller rectangular light pods over the larger square ones.
