Need some help in identifying the possible source of a noise that I’m experiencing. It’s only appears during cold weather and when going over bumps at moderate speeds(20-25mph)

I have tried the following:
1.) electrical tape mod for loose engine splash guards
2.) foam padding around tweeter grill
3.) foam padding around various parts behind and around plastic door panel
4.) securing wires behind aux panel
5.) foam tape around the small triangle piece on the interior part of the driver window.
6.) removing and reseating tweeter
7.) removing, foam taping and reseating a pillar area that makes contact with dashboard
8.) removing secret cubby cover

The rattle is still present and I can’t pinpoint if it’s coming from the ac vent, door or A pillar.

the noise seems persistent regardless if the window is up or down and again only appears during cold weather. It’s been frustrating driving it in the morning and hitting a bump only to be met with that rattle. It gets harder to diagnose when the temps are warmer.

The best way I can describe it is that it sound like the one from this video:

I had to take mine to the dealer. I had a rattle in the center stack below the screen and in the driver side B Pillar. They fixed one rattle but still need to address the B pillar. Mine was also much noticeable in the cold. The service advisor said they remove trim to isolate the rattle and then add foam to eliminate it.

May not be your specific culprit as it seems everyone has ultimately found different spots causing it but one that confounded me for a while is the spot between the dash trim with the accessort switches and the door plastic when the door is closed. About 4-6" closer to the driver than that secret cubby, right near the edge of the dash area. Seems like the tolerances overlap and both pieces of plastic trim touch/rattle for me over rough roads and bumps unless I stuck my finger or a wad of napkins, etc in there to separate them. Ended up putting some thin adhesive-backed felt in there to keep them separated.

I have noticed that as well actually. When I lowered the aux panel to locate the sound of the rattling and then reassembled it, I noticed the overlap as well and thought it was due to improperly reinstalling the aux switch panel. I also installed foam tape between those two adjoining pieces.

So you're still getting another rattle that isn't in that area? Might try to get one of those cheap automotive stethoscopes and find a good area to drive that'll reliably make the noise and test different points. It's come in handy tracking down specific squeaks and rattles under the hood for me.
