It would be really useful to know if the roof tracks are parallel to each other : measured center to center (= outer edge of one to inner edge of other track - easier to measure) at the front and back. One source I saw said this distance is “tapered”. If its equal, easy to cut and re-tap cross bars if necessary. If not, each cross bar woukd be different and a pain…
Thanks very much for taking the time to measure this. Quite a taper. Not sure whether it would be worth messing with anything beyond the cross bars. I'm having the canopy installed the first week of March by OK4WD (NJ); I too am getting the 1450mm bars. Going back and forth between the Rainier and Prinsu Pro.... each has feature I like. Planning on the Diode Dynamics SS40 Dual Color light bar - looking into mounting solutions.Here are some pics of the front and back of the Alu-Cab Contour 6' Bed. It is in fact tapered. I have two Alu-Cab 1450mm Load Bar's on the canopy and then the Sherpa Rainier Roof Rack on the cab. Only a month or so in these, very happy so far.
