Carfax damage reported with no details

Curious about this. Came across an example of a '24 OR with this reported on the Carfax, but no details. In the past when I've purchased used vehicles, if they have had an accident, details and repairs are often stated.
Not purchasing, but wondering what everyone's experience has been.

Probably not an actual accident, but damage in some other way. Maybe a tree branch broke off and landed on the hood, maybe a chain dropped on to it in transport, maybe hydraulic fluid from the carrier dripped on it. The possibilities are endless. Looks like it happened prior to the first registration.

Shoot idk. This specific Toyota dealership I called, emailed, texted to try and find out if it's CPO, why there's a mileage discrepancy in the Carfax v.s. listing, and what the damage was from, but crickets... I talked to so many dealers negotiating a deal when I was considering, but had never had one so uninterested in getting my business RED FLAG RED FLAG RED FLAG

There's another form of Carfax that we always used, always did a better job of showing things that lots of Carfaxes missed.

I take CarFax data with a grain of salt....have actually seen older cars with maintenance reports of scheduled maintenance exactly at 30,000 and 60,000 miles....really?

I hit a deer in my 2021 Prius when she was only a few months old and required $10,000 to get a lot of the front end repaired and all CarFax says is damaged and repaired....so you never really know.
