Recently had my truck in for its 2 year service and the 12.3 recall. Noticed the A/C wasn’t working right on the drive home and discovered they didn’t plug in the fan assembly after updating the software for the display. While doing so I noticed that my coolant level seems to be low - picture was taken in the morning prior to running the engine. Any thoughts? Dealer states they added coolant but it sure doesnt appear so.

Not sure why they would have to unplug the fan for the display recall? Maybe that's SOP, but sounds odd.

I know that's SOP for the BSM recall.

As far as the coolant though, I had to have them look at mine because I was below the "L" mark after about 2 years of ownership. Would occasionally get a hint of the sweet antifreeze smell after I had turned the truck off. They refilled it back to the full mark.
No leaks that I can see, but I've had to occasionally check it just to make sure.
