Did Yotaverse Bite The Dust?

Wanted a TRD Pro gille and had some back and forth with their sales team. Bought the grille and is arrived with no lettering. I get main undeliverable kickbacks when i email their sales team for 4 days now. No response on Facebook or Instagram. Their chat never picks up.

Web site still up and taking sales though.

Well it was the weekend, but if they're powered by AWS they may have taken a hit with that outage.

I bought my TRD TH grill from a local Toyota dealership for less than $300 and it came with the letters.

If you read the description, nowhere does it say the "TOYOTA" letters would be included with the purchase of the Pro grille. But I wonder if you could return it and buy it from Yota Xpedition. It'll be $150 more but at least you're guaranteed the letters.

Said it will look like the Pro grille, the pro grille has letters. They must want you to make your own letters.

Well my post was about them still being in business. I do have an email from them before i purchased it stating it does in fact come with the lettering.

I finally got in touch with them via their chat screen. They are sending me the lettering. But I still can’t send them an email from either my home computers and accounts, or my work computer so I’m not sure what’s up with that.

I haven't installed it yet, but I printed out a bracket to flip the camera (found on this forum). I am fabricating a mount for my light bar since I opted to go with this light bar.
