Eibach 2R - Just Do It

I recently swapped my stock OR suspension for the Eibach Pro Truck 2R kit and I can say that it’s a very noticeable improvement in damping. It’s a bit firmer but in a more controlled, confidence inspiring manner. No longer do I get the harsh bottom out feeling that I had with the stock Bilsteins. Bumps that use to be jarring are now adequately damped and controlled. I just wanted to give a PSA that if anyone is on the fence regarding the Eibach’s then do yourself a favor and buy them. I can’t imagine there’s a better suspension upgrade for the money.

Great to know! I’m highly considering it at some point. Or possibly spend just a bit more and get Ironman but I haven’t really done a whole lot of comparing the two. Glad you enjoy them so far!

Yeah, I paid ~$1400 on Black Friday. Their customer service was very supportive and knowledgeable. Great company

Dirt King is a great system! I considered it, but overkill for me. I also tow, so wanted a balance between off-road and towing long distances. Eibach has been around for a long time and has a great product for a reasonable price. I will give initial feed back once installed.

Well, I finally had the Eibach Pro Truck 2r installed today. I should have taken a before pic, but perfectly leveled now. I will give more updates on ride quality once I have more experience. I can definitely feel a difference from stock suspension. So far it’s all good.

If you’re on the fence you’re not going to go wrong. It’s a great kit for the price and adds a better driving experience than factory. Out of the box it leveled my truck. I’m very happy with the outcome and ride quality. The shop I go to specializes in lift kits and they said this is a popular choice with Tacoma owners.
