My Pro did this one time and never again. That is good because it was strange as hell and felt like the drivetrain was broken.

Any updates on this issue and if anyone has been able to solve it? We have a 25 on our lot doing this too. Definitely not tires as we have taken a set off another truck that is known to have good balance.
I am suspecting rear prop shaft but no one seems to have a definitive solution to the problem...

Update: we found the problem. We removed the rear driveshaft and test drove it in 4 high. Vibration was gone. We have a new shaft on order so hopefully that will fix the issue. If it does I will update that here.

Update: We got the new driveshaft in this morning, and put it in right away. Vibration is completely gone now. So the driveshaft was 100% the culprit. And since that date we also have a customer vehicle in for the same issue(not a trailhunter but another long box tacoma with a 2 piece shaft), but his also has the rear end out of alignment so we are starting with the driveshaft and seeing if rear alignment comes back in or if we also need to replace rear end components.

I had mentioned in another thread that the issue sounded like a driveshaft vibration. Knowing this it would be interesting to see if one of the members with a 1 piece shaft vibrations could get theirs checked for balance at a driveline shop.
