I had been going back and forth on a drill or no drill solution for a dash mount system. After looking at several options, I settled on the rubigrid dash mount with universal phone device holder from bulletpoint mounting solutions. One of the main reasons i went this route is because it kept the panel behind the 14" inch screen. The no drill option (ICS) was really nice but I didn't want that area behind the screen exposed to the elements.
The install instructions on this mounting system were really good and they came with the templates to do all the drilling on the panel behind the screen. I did worry about about drilling out holes but I figured if things went horribly wrong I could always order another panel.
Long story, short, this is a GREAT mounting system and I'm really happy with it!
