Had a accident while driver side headlight assembly replaced with 81150-AK010 ( red circle is the one they replaced)

my friend said he can barely see my replaced headlight brightness from far away and passenger side original is more brighter.

Did you take the photo of the truck inside a building, or is that a reflection?

Who did the work? Toyota or some 3rd party? If you used insurance and it was a 3rd party company, my guess is that they didn't use OEM parts. Just from the pictures, the brightness does seem to be less, though that could be due to how it is aimed. However the color temperature definitely seems different, which to me seems like it's not an OE part.

These headlights are very directional and thus the light cast from them can vary intensity without much movement away from the center line. I would have the lights professionally adjusted before I went too far down the road troubleshooting.

Wife bought my 24 TRD

The way they are aiming make a big difference. From what I can see in the picture, I would start there.
That doesn't cure the problem, maybe It's a good time to upgrade to Alpharex headlights?

You have both options there (aftermarket & OE) as they are required (I believe) to list both. Hard to tell which they actually used, unless the bold means that is what was used.

I bought AlphaRex headlights for my truck but have uet to install them...looks like my OEM headlights are valuable.

Well if it's OE light, it may just be an alignment/leveling issue.

Under Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standrds, low-beam headlights are designed with an asymmetric pattern. In simple terms, the light on the left side is kept lower and more controlled so it doesn’t blind oncoming drivers, while the right side is allowed to rise higher to better illuminate road signs and the shoulder. I don't think it's all about aim, but also how the lenses are designed.
