Looking for some lift advice.

'24 TR ORP Hybrid
I'm looking for close to a 2"/1" front/rear lift. Wouldn't mind keeping a little rake, I don't prefer the nose high look.
  • Stock weight - no plans for permanent weight addition
  • 90% On Road
  • 285/70/17 tires (W/ 17x8.5 +35 wheels)
Was initially looking at Bilstein 6112/6100's but would be willing to make the leap to bypass shocks.
Sounds like running the BP-51's at non max height (either 2.0" or 2.5") would be a nice setting. I'd get UCA's, and just need to figure out the rear springs.

Looking for input or alternatives. Thanks!

As one of a handful of people in the country actually driving a 4g on 6112s so far (Still haven't seen a picture of another set installed?) I would ask what has made you reconsider? They're fucking amazing. I have no regrets and am 100% satisfied with them.

I read your thread, that's what put the Bilstein's on my radar.

I guess the advantages of a bypass shock in the OME's caught my eye, being a little softer in the middle of the travel would be nice for on-road/trails.

Granted, OME's are over 2x the price of the Bilstein's, so I suppose it comes down to how much I want to spend.
I'm sure I'd be happy with both.

I went to my local shop requesting the Bilstien 61xx series but also wanted to customize for winch and from bumper and weight in bed. They recommended the OME so we ordered.

Just had OME BP51 installed last Friday
Super happy with the ride

also had method 705 wheels +35 offset
BFG KO3s 285/75-17 load range E for rock crawling

still have original wheels with 265/70-17 BFG KO3 in load range C….. but haven’t swapped back to smaller set just yet

Looks great - what setting in the front, max height?
What rear springs? Do you have the trailer connected in the top pic?

no idea what setting for the front, shop said they could turn it up still (which I will do as I don’t like the amount of rake when unloaded)

they said the put OME med duty spring in rear for load I requested (500lbs)

yes above before and after photos are with mowing trailer connected.

here is one with out trailer
