Disclaimer: Alright to start this off, these lights are a new product sold by Mabett. I'm a little late posting the review due to some initial installation issues and waiting on company feedback. I was assured these issues would be addressed, but haven't heard back any details as to when or how. That said they are a new product, and to my knowledge, no one is selling these that fit the TRD Offroad. I did recieve these for Free, but am not paid in anyway nor have any stipulations as to the content (positive or negative) of this review.

Starting with the lights themselves. Install is probably the most straight forward of any aftermarket light assembly I've seen yet. To start, the instructions state to loosen the flare, screw that just take it off. Its only a couple more bolts. The reason being, the oem insert is held on with 3m double sided tape, the new light will need to utilize that also and all residue needs to be removed from the four spots circled here:

Here is the oem insert for reference:

By far the easiest method to do so is using a composite wire wheel and a drill as it won't damage the plastic flare, which I have taken a picture of mine as an example:

It is important for final fitment that it all be removed so the new assembly can sit as flush as possible. All of those locations are marked from the factory with a raised outline, so you know precisely where to reapply. Once done, just press the light assembly evenly onto the flare and let it set for a few minutes for a stronger bond. Once finished the lights will fit surprisingly well:

The wiring is where it really gets easy. Unlike most aftermarket lights, there's no fuse box or add-a-fuse necessary. Just plug in a supplied Y-harness into the oem signal light socket and you're ready to roll. Upon start up or vehicle unlock you'll be greeted by a start up sequence:

After which the light will function with the turn signal switching:

Pros:
Fit and finish is what I would consider "good" for an aftermarket solution. The supplied harness made it even easier with minimal fishing and no additions to the fuse box. The lights themselves are extremely bright, functioning similar to ditch lights on the front corners. In the future I would love to see amber only options and smoked lenses.

Cons:
Take these with a grain of salt, I'm told they would be addressed but never heard back as to how or when. The lights are not supplied with the requires tape. Install instructions were a bit basic and I really think a decent job cannot be accomplished without complete removal of the flare. The only actual flaw with the product I found was during vehicle off testing:

With the truck off, the light doesn't function properly. It requires the extra 1-2 volts from the alternator. This is a non issue from most people, and the majority probably wouldn't even notice. However, some hybrid models have been reported to have low charging voltage and that could very likely be an issue.

Summary:

All in all a good product. I would recommend them to those of you who have a light fetish. They do as advertised and look good. When it comes time for a bumper swap (and flare cutting), I'll pass them along to a forum member for free aswell in the future.

I appreciate Mabett for giving me the opportunity to test this product as well. Sorry it took so long.

Pretty much the same opinion as the fang lights lol.

Though my biggest issue is I know how much mud, dirt, and water I've had going through those vents, so it seems rather stupid to me. But aladls, my opinion counts for very little lol.
