Interested to see how it turns out. Nice rig! That thing looks nuts.

I forget what the first mod(s) I did back in 2024 was, but it was probably the predator steps, amazon seat covers, and weather tech floor mats.

I love my predator steps but will be changing them out for the normal black tube steps soon to better accommodate the passengers I usually drive around (we are all short folks). I noticed people aren't super familiar with how to use the ladder rung type step and the lack of a real handle on the passenger front seat pillar makes it awkward for them a lot of the time. The tube Steps should also help with careless parking lot people and should help more than the pred steps with rocks and debris down the side of the truck. We'll see how it comes out!

Will also change the seat covers to Clazzio or similar covers of higher quality than what I have now. The pleather amazon ones look nice and feel nice at first, but they do not breath well at all so I always find my back sweating when I drive around even with AC at full blast. I clean them constantly as a result, so I guess the plus side is that they still look brand new! Cannot beat armour detail Pilot in my opinion.

Of course the weather techs have been perfect since day one! One of my favorite "mods" for sure.

Looking at testing out installing 4Runner TRD Pro/Trailhunter headlights next. They have the same housing shape as our lights and from what I can tell from takeoff pics on eBay, they have the same plugs just in slightly different locations. I already know (thanks to this forum!) That the limited/pro Tacoma headlights are plug and play so hoping the same for those ones. I will accept the poser TRD pro/trailhunter badging for those amber DRLs. I think they're beautiful headlights. We'll see!

Gotta keep the people guessing. But yes pro fender flares and trailhunter wheels. Also have the trailhunter silver valance, high clearance front bumper cover with some plugs in the sensor holes since I do not have parking sensors, a knockoff amazon TRD pro front skid plate with bronze TRD letters stuck on, black hood scoop, black mirror caps, TRD Performance Exhaust and center pipe, gloss black ecoological tailgate spoiler applique, and TRD pro shifter... Hahaha!

Just need to do the black A-pillar/roof paint, an ARB rear bumper, and the full LED headlights to complete the exterior. I like my light up toyota emblem so will not be doing a heritage grille. Also don't need a light bar. Also don't need bigger tires but I do love seeing everyone's builds with bigger all terrains and the like. Will also do the TRD intake with a MAF rescale and maaaybe a TRD steering wheel somewhere down the line. Love how it looks now though and look forward to more modding in my driveway soon!
