PSA: If your truck is having an issue, and the dealership isn't addressing it (or giving you the "normal characteristic" BS response) you absolutely need to call Toyota and open a case with the Brand Engagement Center. That's the only way you'll get anything done, and it will help other Tacoma owners by informing Corporate Toyota that an issue exists. Dealerships don't report these things to Corporate. Call 1-800-331-4331, ask for the Brand Engagement Center.
Also, update (that's not an update) to my prior post about my vibration issue... I continue to get the "normal characteristic" BS response, and my case was escalated with Corporate Toyota. No resolution yet. Blah.
