Radio Volume Knob spins in place

So for some reason my Infotainment Volume Knob just spins without adjusting volume. The knob is loose and can just fall off.
This will be my 2nd knob. 2024 TRD Pro 14,000 miles.
Has anyone else had this issue???

I would assume the 14" screen with the volume knob in the middle of the vents? Pretty sure I've heard of this before.

Seems like cheap plastic and the "D" looking tab on the back breaks. Kind of a common issue unless it's reinforced.

I went with one of these for the regular knob on my 8" screen.

Yep, happened to my 14" screen knob like maxx075 described^. I replaced it with this all aluminum one:

Happened on mine, within the first week of ownership, there’s a TSB on it.

Yep, happened to my 14" screen knob like maxx075 described^. I replaced it with this all aluminum one:

Mine is still hanging in there, but I love that billet knob and I need to get one before the OEM knob craps the bed. Thanks

Happy with mine. For $20, I figured it was worth not wasting my time with the dealer on getting another crappy replacement.

I agree and I just ordered mine. Today's Toyota will not upgrade that part, but just replace it with same knob, which will probably break too. Besides it looks great!
