I have a 2025 hybrid trd off road and there is consistently loud rattling and noises that occur after shifting when the truck is running between 1500 -2000 rpms. Once I get over about 65kph the noise and rattling seems to subside. Wondering if anyone has experienced a similar situation and can comment on what the fix was.

Sounds like you're experiencing lugging. Mine does the same when it's in eco/normal. The transmission wants to shift as fast as possible to preserve mpg but it causes the engine to lug and shake like it's too high in gear for the engine to make power. throw it into sport and see if that changes anything. that might confirm my suspicion.

Putting it in sport does Improve the situation as it keeps the rpms over 2000 for the most part, but when it falls below that it does the rattle/noise does trickle back. Also a similar noise does occur when idling left frequently. So I am concerned there may be something bigger at play.

The hybrid motor and torque converter combined with the engine gives off a lot of vibrations. Even Mazda's version of this type of hybrid setup has similar issues. It's probably just due to the design.
