2024 Toyota Tacoma TRD Off-Road i-FORCE MAX
I logged in to Toyota today looked & it said no recall.
Checked the app it says Remedy available contact dealer.
Any know about this? Or had the remedy?? Was it just software???
I have not been contacted by Toyota either.
Anyway.

As far as I know, there's no fix yet.
Yes sir! There is finally a fix! I've been checking every so often, both at Toyota and in the app. Checked yesterday and Toyota said no recall? So I checked the app, and it said "Remedy available!" It's a software fix. I made an appointment for February 3rd. Two to Three hours. It would have been nice if Toyota had sent something out. Kind of weird. They just expect us to find out on our own. Have a good day!

Well got it done yesterday. They originally said two to three hours. Wasn't worried about it, figured it would be two probably. It's an effin software update basically. About an hour & a half in, the guy came up and said, Sorry, it will be four to five hours. No biggie, they gave a new Corolla cross. Should have called it a Corolla crossdresser. Just junk in all ways. Anyway. Got there at 7:30 & Got the truck back at 2:45. Don't know what the issue was. They just said its a new recall. Just a heads up. Good luck.!

I just got the recall done yesterday. Just a heads up before leaving the dealership make sure the key fob locks/unlocks etc and if you use the app to auto start…that it works properly.

That's great. Our 2023 RAV4 Prime has the recall too.
