Which of you beautiful folks got a bed rack currently setup on your Tacoma? Love to see some pictures and some honest reviews.
I NEVER seen myself as a bed rack guy, but as I dive (or drive) deeper into the overlanding world I find myself slowly filling my imaginary shopping cart with thousands of dollars of overlanding gear.
Long story short, I want to eventually get to the point where I have a rooftop tent. Theres a couple main reasons as to why I want to go bed rack. One reason being I want to bring additional fuel, water, etc with me on my trips, and it just seems easier to stick it to Molle paneling. Secondly, I have a nice portable lithium power setup I plan to transfer underneath my truck rear seats cargo area, so eventually I'm going to want solar panels on the roof, leaving only the bed area for a rooftop tent, assuming I don't want to try to mount panels on my tent itself and potentially deal with water leaks or whatever; idk I'm pretty greenhorn with overlanding lol
My question is, would a roof(bed)top tent even be a possibility with the short box, and if so which bed rack do you recommend, I want to get some varying opinions going.
