No, the oem liner is removed completely. These replace them.Does this go on top of the OEM plastic liner?
I got my ARK mud flaps. And was finally able to tuck the wheel well liners. Thank you again! @StreeTacoThe rears aren’t installed correctly. They should tuck behind the metal fender lip.

So they fit the SR5 ok then? Just got a 25 SR5 (first new truck) and getting ready to pull trigger on RC rear liners. I've already ordered the Arc mid mud flaps and front wheel liner. I live on a long gravel Rd in WI so much needed protection!I got my ARK mud flaps. And was finally able to tuck the wheel well liners. Thank you again! @StreeTaco

I’ve had no problems so far. Working great. So they fit the SR5 ok then? Just got a 25 SR5 (first new truck) and getting ready to pull trigger on RC rear liners. I've already ordered the Arc mid mud flaps and front wheel liner. I live on a long gravel Rd in WI so much needed protection!
I agree. Just installed mine and thought to myself why mess with those bolts and bypass the others. Oh well, installed and looks good. I did ziptie the lower middle section to the rear diff bumper bracket.I installed those but easy is not the term I would use. That Toyota bracket that connects the bed to the wheel well body was a MFer. Those screws were delicate without the wheel well liner. Glad yours was easy. I didn’t remove my tires.
