Just a quick PSA! With the price of these screens we have do yourself a favor and protect the longevity of the screen, bezel and any of these clear plastics that we have on the dash by getting yourself a Screen Protech Film kit. I have had it on my 14 inch since the day I got the truck and I can tell you what no glare smudges or scratches in sight. Great product and really a good piece of mind knowing it will look the same as the day the truck got off the production line.

Not a paid sponsor, just a great product at a affordable price.

How was the wet install?

That scares me, especially for the gauge cluster. Having liquid drip down into the dash is a recipe for bad times.

No issues whatsoever. Saves the gauge cluster from all tons of scratches that I've seen around here and FB of people trying to resolve.

100% agree. Would also buy again. I'm surprised that I don't see smudges or fingerprints. This screen protector works amazingly.

Thanks. I've been holding out for both of our Toyotas, but I think I'll take the plunge to prevent gauge cluster scratches.

You can thoroughly soak the surface and film and still not have much water dripping down. On the head unit I caught most of the drips with a rag, but it was absolutely more difficult on the gauge cluster. I had a small amount of soapy water drip down during the install and haven’t had any issues. It’s been about 3-4 weeks. Would highly recommend protecting these screens. I went with the ā€œmatte/anti glareā€ for the head unit, and I’ve found it to be great.

same here matte/anti-glare. what @Zigity said. You shouldn't need to worry about the wet install. Scared me too but i've had my truck for months and everything is fine. The screen Protector was actually the first install on my truck.

I have had mine on since the first of the year when I purchased the truck, used a light amount of spray solution to get things moving and wiped up any extra but have had no problems with any electrical issues. I went matte and it’s been solid. You won’t be disappointed

This is an easy install. No worries about drips, just keep a microfiber handy. Have done on three vehicles so far, including my Tacoma. I’ve ordered a set for my momā€˜s new car as a Christmas gift. šŸŽ 🌲

Quick reminder, we get 15% off— not sure I saw that in this string. Use T4G15. That worked for me even to order from my momā€˜s Lexus. Heck you can use T3G15, too.
