Their website says the bracket just needs to be bent over to clear? Is this not true?
They installed mine and slightly bent the bracket. You don’t even notice it. Think you can see it in my original pic.

It would be a large bend. I might notch mine at some point, but the knuckle of the lower strut attach point is right at the level of the tray. It didn’t come close to fitting when I put mine in. Might depend on what strut you have too.

Got mine installed yesterday- and let me say I’m glad I purchased this and didn’t try to figure it out myself. This is one of the few things I’ve bought for this truck that I was really impressed with how it went together. The 3D wire guard for one of the pinch welds is well thought out and definitely something I would have skipped because it would take too long to produce. A note- if you have installed the hood struts, you will have to remove the right side one to fit this kit- the strut doesn’t clear the electrical shelf. Also- go ahead and buy 10 of the Toyota plastic fender screw holders- I either don’t have the tool or the skills to get them out without destroying them, and neither does my dealer based on how many they had in stock.

Do you put the strut back or are you only rocking one strut now? Or, did they bend the bracket to clear?

I just kept the one strut on the opposite side. Looking at OPs set up, it looks different than mine- his knuckle is well under the level of the tray, mine is right at the tray level, so not near as much clearance. Not sure why it is different. I'll pull the strut back out and see if there is a way I can squeeze it in there, but it didn't look like it to me.

This is how they did mine.
