Tacoma Owners, We Need Your Thoughts!

Good evening, Taco fans!
We’re considering developing a new accessory for the Tacoma, a rubber hood cover, as shown in the picture. Its function is to stop the sun from bouncing off the hood into your eyes and protect the hood from rock chips.
Before deciding whether to move forward, we’d love to hear your thoughts:

-What do you think about the design or features? Any suggestions for improvement?
-Are there any additional functions you’d like to see that would make it more useful?
Also, if you have ideas for Tacoma accessories that don’t exist yet but would be really practical, please share!

That's a picture of my wife's 2034 Subaru crosstrek wilderness. The center wrap on the hood works in two ways. Helps with rock chips and help to cut the glare of the sun off of your hood.
I we'll say it works well, but I wish that lt would come in different color options, and designs.

I also would like it to be on the lower side of the hood. A 3 piece design.

Nope. As a matter of fact Jeep already does it on there Trailhawk Grand Cherokee and it is the first thing that gets pulled off after the dealer plates. Ugly and cheapens the look.

I don't particularly see the point of adding that product to your lineup. As another user pointed out that exact product already exists. If you wanted just a square on your hood, here's a better alternative:

With that product not only do you have the odd square, but it's a 100w solar panel to keep the starting battery charged while it's parked long term or to recharge auxiliary batteries on the trail. Personally I plan on buying both of these products, and combining them in the future.
