Its nice to see more TH owners, Ive only got 800 miles on mine so far but I had the dealer swap stock OME lift with 3" OME and put on 35". Ill post my alignment story once I get one. Fingers and toes crossed its not a fiasco.
Take it to an independent shop who knows lifted trucks and performance/stance lowered cars.

Ignore the new "measure the ride height" BS that Toyota created for this truck and the new Tundra - it causes more issues than necessary. Hunter now has it integrated into their software and it's completely unnecessary.

Shoot for normal amounts of toe-in (0.05-0.10°), caster (3-4°), and camber (0-0.3°). Equal on both sides. Just the same as any modern truck.

After dealing with alignment BS a few times last month (and a lot of alignment BS in the past), that's where I ended up for my general preference.

For what it’s worth to anyone running non-stock tire sizes: when I went in for my first oil change and tire rotation, I mentioned an alignment issue. The Toyota dealership in my town told me they couldn’t perform the alignment because of my oversized tires (285/70/17) with zero-offset wheels—their alignment machine couldn’t accommodate the tire width.

I ended up taking it to an independent off-road truck shop, and they had no problem completing the alignment.

Thanks for the info, I will definitely do that.
