FWIW I've had mine on for a few weeks now (OEM Trail Pipe) after having the stock exhaust on for more than 20,000 miles and I haven't noticed any change in exhaust fumes entering the cab. The noise I noticed, but I'm not bothered by it. It's not significant enough to outweigh the additional clearance you get by ditching the stock exhaust. Gotta get a Rolls Royce if a whisper quiet interior is what you're after ;)

Also for anyone wondering, you can manipulate the stock exhaust out from under the truck once it's disconnected without having to raise the truck. It was a little tricky though.
I had an Ioniq 5 before my last truck (2006 V8 f150) and honestly when I drove the SR5 home I was like "This thing is as quiet as an EV when you're cruising!"

I could see how you don't have to lift the truck! I have a jack so just unbolted stock, lifted from the rear, pulled it out, lowered, put the dump on. 10-15 min total. Easy as heck. I might order another one since I sold my Cobb and OEM is $80 right now, give it more than 24 hrs to see if I made a rash decision by taking it off immediately. I want the pro section, but even with the discount it's $500. Would probably be cheaper to have an exhaust shop cut and weld. I saw a guy who did that! Will post a photo when I find it.

This guy might be a forum member, but was looking at his TRD pro exhaust section on marketplace (he didn't like it on the hybrid, but too far of a drive for me) and he had a buddy weld the stock pipe like this which I think is pretty cool.

my OR came with the upgraded "dual exhaust":

but I swapped it for the SXTH cutoff for better exit clearance.

I want that dual exhaust! Just don't want to pay the dealer prices, even on sale. Might try the OEM axle dump again and give it more than a day before I get mad at my Toyota Civic and take it off lol.

The axle dump doesn't let exhaust fumes go into the cab. I don't know why people are so worried on a truck.

I have the AWE bashgaurd axle dump and it's been fine even with windows open.

If you were driving a 4Runner, sure, I'd get the concern.

Yea, they just wouldn't put it in production if it was a concern.

I've driven a bunch of mid 90 to early 2000 trucks that had issues. Cracked manifold, whatever. I drove a Celica with an exhaust leak under the driver's seat and a blown gasket in high school, wouldn't recommend it, but didn't die 😂
