Hey guys - I got some kick ass Rigid 360s from SPV. The only issue is the passenger side ditch hits the snorkel when I open the hood. Even if I rotate it, it hits. All I can think to do is find a 2” piece of mounting hardware with a slot that I could use to shift the light toward the driver side by an inch (it would bolt into the Rigid bracket and then I’d bolt the light into that new piece of hardware to the right). If anyone has an idea where to get such a piece of hardware or if you have another solution, I’d appreciate it.

Can you flip the brackets to the other side?

My Cali brackets ride over the hood.

My son suggested that - they are so closely contoured to the hood and specific to each side, if that makes any sense, that I don’t think it will work. Also I like the visibility I get with it off to the side on the driver side.

Over the hood is a WAY better design.

My cali brackets work perfectly with Baja designs squadron pros on them. The calis don,t have that nasty offset on them

The hardware stores in my area are Lowe’s and Home Depot. You can try searching your hardware store website for Simpson Strong-Ties. I am seeing 20 gauge galvanized steel straps with holes as well as L brackets. These are normally meant for shelving or joining wood together, but I’m sure something will materialize that you could spray paint with black high temperature paint or have powder $$$ coated. I wonder if 4 Wheel Parts would have something like that intended for automotive projects.
A better first step might be to contact Rigid for a suggested solution.

My son and I went to home depot but could not find anything. I called @SPV Parts and we both were thinking of the exact same solution - a small, stainless steel powder coated piece of hardware with oval slots - I’ll post when it’s set up !!!! John at SPV is the best by the way!

Edit: thanks for the detailed recommendation @lauren01 - that was going to be my solution but if I can get something more fit for purpose and that will not rust will be ideal 👌
