Took mine to the dealer because I had the same issue. The dealer changed my castor so that the right wheel is a tiny bit more forward than the left. Well, it worked but now the truck slightly lists to the left. I went from holding the steering wheel to the left to now holding it to the right.

Same issue.. pulled right from new. Two dealer alignments yielded the same results. Ended up taking it to my long time alignment only professional shop,, they did not use the factory specs.. but my truck tracks perfect. I suggest ditching the dealer and finding a dedicated experienced alignment shop.

I fixed mine... what was strange is that the steering turned itself to the right by its own for a tiny bit... that was fixed as well and tracks straight.

These truck will wander all over the place because they are too damn tall for some reason, 4Runner TRD Pro's are two inches closer to the ground.

I you guys would like me to help you fix it, post your alignment sheets here and will tell you how to proceed.

What do you think about this alignment. Recently done by a dealership, truck still pulls to right and steering needs constant left pressure to track straight.

Looking at that alignment sheet, I'd be looking at a different cause, like a brake hanging up or something causing drag on the right side.

I went to dealership again, they wanted to rotate front tires, which I told them I will do myself since their wait time was almost 2.5hrs. Even after rotation I still feel the same pull. Went to dealership again and they said they need the truck for a day or more which I refused because i don’t have another vehicle. Talked to toyota afterwards and they started a case, will hopefully hear from them. Later on I got a free alignment check at Brakes Plus and this is the result. There’s considerable difference. Would the tire rotation from L to R have caused this?

Your toe is totalled fked. I would just ask an independent shop to zero it out. Toyota doesn't do that for ? reason. A little toe in -.10 may make for a slightly less darty truck on the freeway but zero toe is easier for techs to aim for.

i don’t understand how does the previous toyota alignment and this alignment sheet can have such difference. Does that mean the toyota tech didn’t do it right? You will see the toyota sheet two or three comments above.

You have a really great thrust angle, that truck is a keeper...!

Your caster is making it pull to the right you need to turn it around

Aim for:
+.5 camber both sides
+ 3.5 caster front driver /// +4.0 caster front passenger this will take care of road crown a bit.
+.05 Toe equally on both front wheels

That should fix it.

The fact you got such a different alignment result by going to another shop is telling that Toyota dealer tech messed up on the first alignment.

Yeah for a 4 link that is pretty dialed in. It's kinda crazy, it's such a dice roll for 4 link trucks.
