Which 500 amp relay did you use? I've got some flexible 2/0 wire ready to go once the bumper selection is figured out. Hate having to make a run to the back seat, but it is what it is. Just hoping my gamble getting the Badland Apex 1200 synth line I got on black Friday works out once Victory 4x4 releases their bumper.
It’s a Recoil brand battery isolator relay. Many options on Amzon

As soon as Bumper and winch gets to installer and I’m able to go over and have them do the work.. I will take notes and video and stills of installation..

What did you do to get to the free spool?

I went with the DV8 offroad bumper. Fits well and was still able to use the factory skid plates on my Trailhunter. I used the Openroad Panther 3s 12k winch. The only thing I had to relocate was circled in blue.

Yes. it's tight but the square openings on the side of the fairlead. I was able to rotate the handle forward to make it a little easier. Now, connecting the hard wire controller might be another story. I have 2 wireless controllers and I think I'll keep a couple of spare batteries handy to make sure they don't go dead.

Awesome! I like this bumper. There is a 10% off code now. It looks really good on your truck! I think I'm going to pull the trigger now. How did you run the power cables? Did you get extended positive and negative that run all the way back to the battery? Or did you use some other type of system that brings the power up to the engine bay?

Did the Badland winch fit? I am looking to use it as well in my 2025 TH. How did you make the splice and / or new ends for the wire running to the battery?

Thanks.

I have not received the bumper yet, just preordered it. The Badland winch should fit relocating the relays on top. I'll end up running the battery wires from the cab to the winch up front. Once I receive the bumper I'll have a better plan for the wiring.

I just picked my TH up this weekend also.. I have ordered the CBIOffroad Covert front bumper.. Keeps sensors and fog lamps.. Putting in a Warn VR10S winch in..
Hello:
I think you must have had it installed by now, and I am seriously looking for a front bumper and winch combo for my 24 TH.
Could you comment on the results with your choice of bumper?
Problems?
Your advice will be greatly appreciated.

The only thing I'm going to add is to start with your bumper selection. I found out the hard way that a Warn 9.5xp doesn't fit in the cradle of a C4 Fabrication Lo-Pro bumper.
