Toe is too much you need .05-.10 max

The rear thrust angle is certainly within spec but perfect is 0.0, mine is around .30 and get a slight push to the right, I will install rear LCAs to correct the thrust angle, according to my calculations I only need to shorten 2mm the passenger and 2mm longer the drivers side.

Figured i would revive this thread after today’s 3rd attempt by the dealer to align my 2025 PRO. Wheel now points slightly left of center to go straight. Truck tracks better but not perfect. Dealer said they toed in right front to get it to go straight. Top of front tires noticeably stick out approx. 1/2” from the bottom when putting a level on them. I don’t know what’s up with the before measurements. Help me understand what’s going to wear out.

Should I take mine to toyota or a specialty shop?

what I like to do is take it to an specialty shop and request I be there for the alignment and just tell the guys doing the alignment what numbers to hit and he has to do it in front of me...
That's the problem though, isn't it? Do we even know for sure what the numbers are? I see different numbers from various Toyota dealers and shops. It doesn't seem like there are clear and correct numbers for them to use.

I agree, does anyone really know what these trucks should be aligned to. My dealer was happy that everything was in the green, but I get the feeling with so much camber and toe that I am going to shred my front tires in no time. I love the truck but I am very close to getting rid of it after only 5 months.

@Razz589 Understood, it is frustrating. I would only sell my truck if they never sort that out, which has taken a while, up to a couple of years.
